This photograph features a corner butcher shop, notable for its Codrington Street elevation and a distinctive moulded bull adorning the side façade. The building, a charming piece of local history, was later demolished by the University of Sydney.

This image is part of a collection donated by Barbara Le Maistre in November 2012, preserving a glimpse of the area’s architectural and community heritage.
